In the rare case that your order doesn’t meet expectations, here’s how we make it right.


🇮🇳 Domestic Orders (India)

Eligible for & Days Return / Exchange

We accept returns, refunds, or replacements only under the following circumstances:

  1. Broken or Damaged Product: The product arrives damaged or defective.

  2. Product Mismatch: You received a different product than what was ordered.


📦 Return & Refund Terms

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval.

  • Necessary deductions for shipping, handling, or operational costs may apply.

  • Refunds appear in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Refunds are issued only after verification of the returned product.


🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible.

  • COD order cancellations: any partial booking payment made online will not be refundable.


🧪 Quality-Check Exceptions

In rare cases, if an item fails our final quality inspection at the time of packing,
we may remove that item from your order and issue a refund or replacement for it.
Our team will contact you before finalizing this adjustment.


🎥 Returns for Damaged Products

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please follow this structured process to ensure smooth handling:

a. Visual Documentation

  • Record an uncut video while opening the parcel.

  • The video must clearly show the outer packaging, product label, and product condition in one continuous clip.

  • This video acts as crucial evidence to verify damage claims.

b. Timely Submission

  • Returns for damaged products are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

  • This ensures fair and timely inspection of the product’s condition.

c. Incident Verification

  • Your unboxing video and photos will be reviewed by our Quality Team to confirm the authenticity of the damage claim.

  • This process maintains the integrity of our return system.

d. Product Condition

  • Returns will be authorized only if genuine evidence of damage is found.

  • Any inconsistencies or incomplete proof may lead to rejection of the return request.


🌍 International Orders

  • Returns accepted only for damaged or mismatched items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping + custom duties.

  • Refunds processed within 7 – 10 working days after approval.

  • Cancellations valid only before dispatch.


💻 Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)

  • Digital content is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Once purchased, these files cannot be exchanged or cancelled.

  • If you receive a corrupted / incomplete file, contact us within 48 hours — we’ll resend a corrected link.
